1.1. Innopearl website
When you browse our website, you do so anonymously, unless you have previously indicated that you wish Innopearl to remember your details. We don’t automatically collect personal information, including your email address. We do log your IP address (the internet address of your computer) to give us an idea of which part of our website you visit and how long you spend there, but we do not link your IP address to any personal information. Like many other commercial websites, we may use a standard technology called a “cookie” to collect information about how you use our website.

In certain instances, Innopearl collects data which includes information on other companies to provide its customers with business insights relevant to their business interests (“Business data”).
For the above purposes, Innopearl may rely on publicly available data from several open access web sources and platforms (“Publicly Available Data”) and on data submitted by third parties including the information about their company and business interests.
Innopearl will employ necessary measure to ensure that the processing of such “Publicly Available Data” complies with the provisions of Swiss Data Protection Law and the GDPR if it is considered to be personal data.
2. Data storage and usage
2.1. Data storage
We store the personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the data has been collected. This means that Innopearl deletes your personal information when such information is no longer necessary. Statistics which has been anonymized may be saved thereafter. Publicly Available Data processed by Innopearl for statistical purposes, shall be retained, either in cache or storage, for fulfilling the statistical purposes of validating the datasets and updating the statistical results based thereon as prescribed under Article 17 paragraph 3(d) of the GDPR.
2.2. Data usage
We utilize the data to provide, support, personalize, and develop our Services, including with the help of automated systems to enhance the relevance and performance of our Services.
For customer support, we collect and store personal information, such as name, email address, contact information, account history and additional information required to provide support, when you log a customer support inquiry. For general inquiries or requests with respect to our products or services or when you contact us for the purpose of purchasing products and services, we will use such information to contact you only for the purposes for which you sent the inquiry.
We reserve the right to aggregate and use the collected data for analytical use in an anonymized way, but we never sell your data.

Innopearl may share your personal data with others under any of the following circumstances:
– when we have your consent to share the information;
– we need to share your information to provide Services you have requested as part of our contractual relationship. In this case you may decide what we share, how we share it, and whether the name of your company is made public or not;
– we need to share the information to companies or individuals that work on behalf of Innopearl to provide Services you requested as part of our contractual relationship (we will only provide those companies or individuals the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose). In this case, the transfer is based on article 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
– we want to keep you up to date on the latest software updates, special offers or other information we think you’d like to hear about from us, only if you gave your explicit, free and informed consent to such processing activities.
– We may disclose your personal data in response to a request for information if we believe such disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation, or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation. You have the right to receive the Personal Data we hold about you in a structured, common, machine-readable format and free of charge. Upon request, we will transfer your Personal Data to your designated Controller.
